Quickread is a free browser tool. We collect as little as possible.

What stays on your device

Your reading history, speed settings, theme, and in-progress sessions are stored in your browser only. We never see them.

What we send to our server

• URLs or files you ask us to fetch, so we can extract text for reading
• Anonymous usage counts (page views, reads started, reads finished, fetch errors) - no names, no accounts

What we don't do

• No accounts or logins
• No advertising trackers
• No selling data to third parties
